We love our pigs.
We pride ourselves in raising happy, healthy pigs. Never caged, our pigs enjoy living life to its fullest - being pigs. They get to forage, wallow, and play pig games. Our pasture- and forest-raised herd includes American Guinea, Ossabaw Island, Berkshire, and Large Black Hogs. Because our pigs primarilyforage and consume an abundance of our produce, they grow slowly and safely, which means that our pork has incredible flavor.
Our pork is free of antibiotics and added hormones. We offer the entire gamut of pork cuts by pig breed, as each hog type has variations in flavor and composition. We are certified meat handlers, and all of our pork is USDA certified, vacuum-sealed, and frozen.
