We love our pigs.

We pride ourselves in raising happy, healthy pigs. Never caged, our pigs enjoy living life to its fullest - being pigs. They get to forage, wallow, play pig games, and even swim in their own private pond. Our pasture- and forest-raised herd includes American Guinea, Ossabaw Island, Berkshire, and Large Black Hogs. Because our pigs primarily forage and consume an abundance of our produce, they grow slowly and safely, which means that our pork has incredible flavor and marbling.

We operate on a closed loop system: we breed and raise all of our pigs on our farm so we can guarantee their quality of life, diet, and any necessary veterinary care. Our pork is free of antibiotics and added hormones. We offer the entire gamut of pork cuts, a wide selection of sausage varieties, and our bacon is nitrate and nitrite free. Additionally, we offer fat and leaf fat for rendering, as well as already rendered lard. Pastured lard has a lot of health benefits when compared to processed oils and mass-produced butters and lards; we encourage you to do your own research. 

We are certified meat handlers, and all of our pork is USDA certified, vacuum-sealed, and frozen.
